These Terms set out the rules for using the Site.

The following additional terms apply to your use of the Site and are incorporated by reference:

If you engage Canvs for professional services, separate written contract terms will apply to those services.

We may update these Terms and the Site from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of the Site without notice.

11.1 No exclusion for serious matters. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Canvs harmless from and against any liabilities, costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement where none exists. We may withdraw linking permission without notice.

These Terms, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Severance. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• No waiver. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breach, that will not prevent us taking steps later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
• Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site.
