The moment that changed things for us was a national launch that could not miss its window. The technology team was confident. Operations were behind. We spent a week with leaders from policy, digital, testing and operations. We wrote one page that named the decisions that mattered, who made them and how we would measure progress. We set a weekly decision rhythm. We built a cutover playbook people actually used. It launched on time. Hypercare was calm. The team kept the rhythm after we left.
